This wonderful product helps transform all of our shimmer powders, from shimmery to matte; it also provides a water proof base for any of our pigments. Some clients also choose to use our makeup base as a Concealer for blemishes and impurities that are more difficult to cover with makeup.

Apply make-up base with a clean finger all over the eye where you plan to apply the shimmer. Using the eye shadow brush apply the powder as normal to create a matte look as opposed to shimmer. The Make Up base will hold the shimmer powder even longer and is a great correction tool if you get a little messy!
